Frequently Asked Questions.

Gifted Options works in partnership with UK charities – whenever you purchase from us, we donate a percentage of the total to your nominated charity!

Q: How does it work?

A: If you entered this site from a charity website link, our program remembers the link and automatically donates a percentage to that charity.

Q: If I found your site from a search engine, who gets the money?

A: We add up all the non-attributed orders and divide the donation between two randomly selected charities at the end of the year. Alternatively, you may nominate a charity from our list of partners.

Q: How much does the charity get?

A: It depends on how many customers we have from the individual charity – the program adds up the amount spent and donates a percentage accordingly. It will never be less than 10% and could be up to 30%.

Q: How do I know the charity receives the money?

A: Simple! A copy of every order placed is automatically forwarded to the charity in question. They do not know your name or address – all they have is a sales receipt number and the value of your order.

Q: Is there a minimum order value?

A: Yes, our minimum order is just £10 (excluding P&P).

Q: How do I return an item?

A: Return it to us in perfect condition and we’ll give you a full refund or a replacement – no questions asked.

Q: How long will I have to wait for my order?

A: Stock items are normally despatched within five working days. If you order “Special” logo items (supporting your chosen charity) they can take up to 14 days. If you are in a hurry, let us know, we try to help as much as we can.

Q: How much is Post and Packing?

A: The P&P costs are listed on the “Carriage” page. These are the maximum amounts you will pay within the UK and Channel Islands . If you are resident in the EU, please refer to the EU carriage costs. Non-UK or EU residents should refer to the “Rest of the World” charges.
